# Onboarding

The wizard is there so the first form already looks like your company.

Typical steps:

1. Organisation name, trading name, and subdomain
2. Logo and colours for PDFs
3. First admin users
4. First customer (or import the directory from Joblogic, eWorks or BigChange)
5. Stripe subscription and entitlements

You can skip ahead and fill branding later. Subdomain is the public host (`{org}.doorops.com`) and cannot collide with reserved names such as `www`, `app` or `docs`.

Lite tenants land on the worksheet loop. Growth tenants see jobs and schedule first. Engineer logins stay field-only.
