DoorOps uses **Stripe entitlements** as the source of truth for commercial access. The app never checks a plan slug at runtime.

## Lite

For teams that need better paperwork now and cannot switch job systems yet.

- Customer and contact records
- Preset forms, public completion links, photos, signatures
- Branded PDF output
- AI summaries and wording help on worksheets
- Up to five office or admin logins
- Submission cap per billing cycle (overflow packs are add-ons)

Lite can **connect** Joblogic, eWorks Manager or BigChange and import the customer directory so new forms already have the right customer. Full job history stays on Growth.

## Add-ons

Photo retention, telephony, extra submissions, API access and similar extras are Stripe add-ons. If a screen is locked, Settings → Billing is the upgrade path. DoorOps staff cannot invent a local override that disagrees with Stripe.
