# Quickstart

You do not need a full job-system migration to start. Lite is built for that.

## 1. Create the organisation

Sign up at [doorops.com](https://doorops.com). You get an organisation subdomain such as `https://northdoors.doorops.com`.

Invite office staff from Settings → Team. Owner, Admin, Dispatcher, Engineer and Viewer are the tenant roles. See [roles](/docs/getting-started/roles).

## 2. Add a customer

Customers hold the company name, accounts email and branding. Sites sit under a customer. The same physical address can exist as a separate site under another customer. DoorOps never shares assets or contacts across customers.

## 3. Send a form

Pick a DoorOps preset (worksheet, snag, service sheet) or a form you already built. Share the public link. The engineer or customer completes it on a phone, including photos and a signature.

## 4. Review and send the PDF

Office staff review the return, keep internal notes off the customer PDF, and download or email the branded PDF.

## 5. When you are ready to replace the job system

Upgrade to Growth, then run a [staged historical import](/docs/integrations/overview) from Joblogic, eWorks Manager or BigChange. Start with customers and sites. Do not import every history area in one go.
