Historical import is archive-first. Work orders map when an exact work-order email resolves to one DoorOps customer and a location snapshot is present. Assets map only when imported work-order history points at exactly one customer/site pair. Unlinked assets stay in the archive.

Users become technicians in the integration-resource directory. DoorOps does not create login accounts from eWorks users.

Reviewed-form delivery is held until eWorks confirms the current attachment endpoint.
