# Assets

Assets belong to a customer site. They are never shared with another customer at the same address.

Standard fields: asset number, type, manufacturer, operator model, safety devices. Extra questions change with type (roller shutter vs automatic door vs gate).

QR tags can prefill a service sheet. The engineer still verifies the door in front of them.

Imported history from Joblogic or another provider stays in the source archive and, when mapped, on the asset page. Growth AI document intake can attach private paperwork without silently overwriting imported fields.
