# Billing

You subscribe through Stripe Checkout. You manage payment methods in the Stripe customer portal. Feature access follows Stripe entitlements, mirrored into DoorOps by webhook.

If a feature is locked, upgrade. There is no hidden local plan override. Staff changing a plan in admin must swap the Stripe subscription first.
