# Forms and worksheets

Forms are the Lite core. An engineer or customer completes a link. Office staff review it. DoorOps produces a branded PDF.

## Presets vs your forms

DoorOps ships door-industry presets (worksheets, snags, service sheets). You can also build your own. Templates are the recipe. The shareable form is what people fill in. A submission is a completed return.

## In the field

- Works on a phone, with gloves and sunlight in mind
- Photos, signatures, required fields
- Internal notes stay off the customer PDF
- Optional AI rewording of engineer notes (you still send it)

## Snagging

When further works are required, a snag sheet can capture what is left. Snags stay tied to the site and, when Growth is on, to the job.

## Completion rules (Growth jobs)

A job type can require a worksheet, photos, signature or risk assessment before the job can be marked complete. The interface is the instruction. Do not hide a required photo behind a tooltip.
