Growth feature. Lite keeps using your current job system and DoorOps forms.

## Create

Customer and site (create a site inline if needed), KPI from call-logged time, optional asset, order number, contacts. Optional AI hint if the call looks like a duplicate.

## Lifecycle

1. Assigned (optional accept/reject)
2. Travelling (can start a customer tracking link)
3. On site
4. Completed (gated by your rules)

Declined jobs return to the unassigned pool with a reason.

## Completion rules

Per job type you can require photos (before/during/after), worksheet, signature, risk assessment, or a "call office" confirmation. The job cannot complete until those are done.

## Engineer view

Assigned jobs, status, on-site info, photos, own worksheets. No customer or site admin, no billing.
