# Photos and risk

Photos are first-class evidence: before, during, after, and categories you configure. Minimum counts can be part of completion rules.

Risk assessment can be required before an engineer is allowed to mark on site. Retain photos according to your plan and any photo-retention add-on. Do not treat the camera roll as a backup.
