Usage, explained
AI credits and subcontractor-job credits are separate balances, so you can see exactly what you are using.
Founder seats are £39 per engineer and £19 per office user monthly, or £390/£190 annually. For the first 25 paying companies, counted per company, not per staff signup. The free beta does not reserve a founder place. A place is held briefly during payment checkout and confirmed after successful payment. Founder seat rates stay fixed while the original subscription remains continuous. Cancelling and returning does not restore the offer. Company allowance supplements are the same on founder and standard rates. Eligibility is checked again when you open checkout.
Core, Plus and Scale include the same operational product. Higher tiers include more monthly AI credits and subcontractor jobs. Engineer and office seats use the same rates across all three tiers.
Credits measure AI usage, not words or tokens. A wording improvement or worksheet summary uses 1 credit, an assistant turn 2, a compliance review 10, a document intake 20 and a site rollup 40. Allowances reset each calendar month, including on annual subscriptions.
Used AI credits remain used when you change tier. Contact us to increase your allowance; AI-assisted actions pause when credits are exhausted, while normal job work stays available. Extra subcontractor jobs can be purchased in billing at £2 per job. Included allowances do not roll over; prepaid subcontractor credits remain in your account.
There is a minimum of one engineer seat. A team member who receives field jobs counts as an engineer; office members count as office seats. Someone who does both counts once as an engineer. External subcontractors use job credits rather than paid staff seats.
Existing subscriptions retain their prices and terms. Growth is now called Core throughout Door Ops and Stripe. Legacy Lite accounts can keep their existing service. Contact us for a reviewed plan change; we never move an existing subscription automatically.
No. Every new company gets 60 days free with its selected tier and normal usage allowances. There is no card requirement or automatic charge. When beta ends, choose and pay for a plan in Stripe to continue. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are paid upfront for a year. Prices exclude VAT.
