Your firm on its own, nightly
Separately, each organisation's records are archived every night and kept 30 days, plus the first of each month for a year. We can restore your records, or just the ones affected, without touching anyone else.

Nothing deleted in a hurry
Deleted records go to your Recycle bin first. Deleted photos and documents are held for 30 days before removal, in storage that does not depend on the database.

Recovery and availability
Targets we run to, stated honestly.
We are a young company and we would rather tell you the real numbers than promise ones we cannot keep.
- Availability target: 99.9% a month, about 45 minutes of unplanned downtime at most. Planned maintenance is announced in advance and done outside UK working hours.
- Recovery point: at most one day, from the nightly snapshots. Hourly database backups are next on our list.
- Recovery time: we work to four hours from the decision to restore. Releases roll back in minutes.
- These are targets, not contractual guarantees. A service level agreement with credits is available under an Enterprise agreement.
- Incidents: we tell you what happened, what was affected and what we did, within one working day of resolution. Personal-data breaches go to the ICO within 72 hours.

Export everything, any time
From Settings → Your data an owner downloads a spreadsheet per record type plus every photo, PDF and signature. No request, no fee.
No lock-in
Standard plans have no minimum term and no exit fee. Exports stay available for 30 days after a subscription ends.
Hosted in London, files in the EU
Laravel Cloud in the London region with Cloudflare in front; photos and documents in EU-jurisdiction object storage. Encrypted in transit and at rest.
If Door Ops stopped
Two directors hold the keys to hosting, code, billing and secrets. If the service were ever wound down, every customer would get 90 days’ notice and a full export.
