Door Ops documentation

Door Ops is job management for reactive door companies: roller shutters, sectional doors, automatic doors, gates and barriers.

These docs cover the product you log into, and the ways you connect Door Ops to everything else.

• Start in the product: create an organisation, add a customer, send a form, review the PDF.
• Connect another system: use a native connector when we have one. If we do not, use the API, webhooks or MCP. API and MCP access are separately scoped add-ons.
• REST API: organisation-scoped keys, safe writes, no deletes. Live OpenAPI at /docs/api.
• MCP for AI agents: point Claude, ChatGPT or Grok at your tenant MCP URL with OAuth.
• Feature skills for AI agents: load the workflow, exact tools and confirmation guidance for each feature, or download the skill library.

One product, three usage tiers

Lite provides digital paperwork. Core adds full jobs and office workflows; Plus adds stock, approvals, detailed reporting and integrations. See the plans page for team prices and included features.

If Door Ops does not have your tool yet

You are not blocked. Build your own integration with:

• REST API (/api/v1)
• Signed outbound webhooks
• Tenant MCP
• CSV or structured file import

Native Joblogic, eWorks Manager and BigChange connectors exist because those contracts are verified. Everything else uses the same public surfaces.
