Door Ops vs Clik
for door contractors.
Clik is now part of Joblogic: Clik Compliance handles certificates and Joblogic FSM runs the jobs. Door Ops does both for door work in one product, with published prices and a no-card trial. Here is the comparison, with sources.
Short version
- Clik sells certificates (Clik Compliance) and job management (Joblogic FSM) as two products that sync. Door Ops keeps the worksheet, the job and the customer PDF in one record.
- Clik publishes no prices; getting started means booking a demo. Door Ops shows its rates on the pricing page and starts with a free trial.
- Clik builds bespoke certificates for you and quotes for each one. Door Ops ships door presets and a form builder you use yourself.
Clik facts checked 18 September 2026 from the pages linked below. Their prices and plans are theirs to change.
Pricing and terms
What you pay, and for how long.
Door Ops prices are the live rates on our pricing page. Clik figures are quoted from their public pages, checked 18 September 2026.
| Door Ops | Clik | |
|---|---|---|
| Entry price | Eligible founders pay £39 per engineer and £19 per office user monthly (£390 / £190 annually). Standard rates are £45 / £22 monthly. Plus adds £29 a month, Scale £79. See pricing for founder eligibility; prices exclude VAT. | Not published. The pricing link on Clik’s site returns to the homepage; the ROI calculator and product pages all lead to “Book a demo”. |
| Who counts as a user | Engineers and office users have different rates. Someone who does both counts once as an engineer. External subcontractors use job credits, not seats. | Not published. |
| Minimum | One engineer seat. | Not published. |
| Contract | Monthly, billed monthly, cancel before the next bill. Annual is optional and paid up front. | Not published. Joblogic, which runs Clik’s job management, says most customers sign for 24 or 36 months. |
| Free trial | free trial of the full product. No card needed to start. | No self-serve trial offered. “You can get started straight away by requesting a demo.” |
| Onboarding | None. Guided setup checklist and UK-based support are included. | Onboarding is done “in collaboration with our dedicated design team”. Bespoke forms are quoted separately. |
| Feature gating | Lite covers paperwork; Core adds full job management; Plus adds stock, purchasing approvals, detailed reporting and integrations. Compare current feature packages and team totals on our pricing page. | Certificates are Clik Compliance; jobs, quotes, invoices and PPM are Joblogic FSM, a separate product with its own plans. |
For door work
The features a door company actually uses.
Not a 200-row feature grid. The twelve things that decide whether the office chases the job sheet or reads it.
| Door Ops | Clik | |
|---|---|---|
| One record per door job | One record per job and per customer: quote, drawings, RAMS, photos, worksheet, notes and the PDF you sent. That is the product. | Certificates live in Clik Compliance and sync with Joblogic FSM’s customers, sites, assets and engineers. Two products, joined by an integration. |
| Worksheets and forms | Door Ops door presets, worksheets on the phone, photos and signatures on every tier; the custom form builder is on Core. | Digital certificates with mobile validation. Custom forms are built by Clik’s team: “just contact our dedicated team and they will send you a quote”. |
| Door-specific sheets | Service sheets for roller shutters, sectional, automatic, fire and manual doors, gates and barriers, ready on day one. | Built for electrical, gas, plumbing, fire safety and security. Door work is not named. |
| AI review | AI action summaries, wording checks and a compliance guardian, included as monthly credits on Core and Plus. | Not advertised on the Clik Compliance or ROI pages. |
| Assets and PPM | Asset register with QR labels, PPM planner and contracts on Core. | Planned maintenance contracts and site equipment are in Joblogic FSM, not Clik Compliance. |
| Certificate expiry and audits | Compliance certificate register on Core, with expired and expiring-in-30-days views next to the door’s history. | Certification tracking, automated expiry alerts, audit trails and export with custom file names. This is Clik’s strength. |
| Subcontractors | Send a job to a subcontractor by secure link. They complete the worksheet without a seat. | Not described. |
| Quotes, invoices, accounts | Quotes, invoices, purchase orders, stock and job costs built in. Native Xero, Sage and QuickBooks invoice push is in build; today invoices leave by API and webhooks. | In Joblogic FSM rather than Clik Compliance. |
| Mobile app | Web app, installable on the phone home screen. Worksheet progress survives lost signal, but it is not an offline-first native app. | A progressive web app with offline working: certificates sync automatically when the engineer is back in signal. |
| Track record | No published reviews, case studies or named customers yet. Door Ops launched in 2026 and says so. | Part of Joblogic, with a long customer list on its product pages. |

Honest answer
When Clik is the better fit
- Your work is mostly gas, electrical or fire alarm certificates, which is what Clik Compliance is built around.
- You already run Joblogic FSM and only need certificates added to it.
- You want Clik’s team to design each certificate for you and are happy to pay per form.
- Your engineers spend whole days out of signal and need full offline certificate completion.
Where Door Ops wins
When Door Ops is the better fit
- You want one product for the sheet, the job and the customer PDF, not two joined by an integration.
- You want to see the price before a sales call, and try it free without a card.
- You want door service sheets on day one and to change your own forms without a quote.
- You want an AI summary of every returned sheet, which Clik does not advertise.
Still on a calendar and the notes app?
Most door firms are not switching from software at all.
Ask a door engineers group what they run jobs on and the honest answers are a phone calendar, the Notes app and a WhatsApp group for quotes and measures. That works until the third engineer, or the customer who asks what you found last time. Door Ops keeps your calendar and Xero, and gives every job one record: customer, quote, drawings, RAMS, photos, worksheet and the PDF you sent.
Migration
Moving from Clik
Keep Clik running while you try Door Ops. Nothing here asks you to cut over on day one.
- 1If Clik runs on Joblogic FSM, connect Joblogic from Settings and import customers, sites, assets, contracts, jobs and history in stages with the Door Ops Joblogic importer.
- 2Export your issued certificates from Clik as PDFs and keep them against the customer or site, so the history stays with the door.
- 3Start new visits on a Door Ops door preset. Most door firms find the preset covers the sheet; add the fields you used on your Clik certificate.
