Founder rates and free access
Eligible founders pay Core £39/£19 or Plus £49/£24 per engineer/office user monthly. The offer is for the first 25 paying companies; a free signup does not reserve a place. Payment checkout briefly holds a place and successful payment confirms it. Founder rates remain while the original subscription continues. Cancelling and returning does not restore them. Lite has the same published company rate.
Every new company gets 30 days without a card or automatic charge, including companies joining through ChatGPT or another AI assistant. This does not depend on founder pricing availability. Existing trial end dates, including 60-day beta promises, are honoured. Your workspace starts with sample records so you can try the operational workflow straight away; the plan you choose after the trial determines your paid features. The pricing page shows the current offer. There is no automatic three-month promotional discount.
Counting staff and annual payment
Every full team member counts once, including owners, viewers and people who also subcontract elsewhere. Anyone doing field work is an engineer seat. A mixed office/field role counts once as an engineer. Other members are office seats. Core and Plus have a one-engineer minimum; if nobody does field work, that minimum covers one member.
Restricted external guest links use subcontractor credits instead of staff seats. They are for independent subcontractors, not a way to give employees free full-workspace access.
Core and Plus annual subscriptions cost ten monthly payments upfront. Lite is £228/year for five staff, plus £72/year per additional staff place. Monthly subscriptions renew monthly; annual subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.
For three engineers and one office user, Core is £157/month and Plus £206/month. Founder totals are £136 and £171. All prices exclude VAT.
Usage and extras
Core includes 12,000 AI credits and Plus 30,000 per company each calendar month. Lite does not include AI. Core includes 5 subcontractor jobs plus 2 per engineer monthly; Plus includes 20 plus 2 per engineer. Lite includes 5 guest jobs. Extra subcontractor jobs are £2 each. Included balances do not roll over. Changing plan does not reset usage already recorded that month; prepaid subcontractor credits remain.
Lite includes 1,000 submissions per billing month. An extra 1,000 costs £15 for that period. Core and Plus have no worksheet submission cap. SMS, third-party provider charges and separately agreed managed services are additional. Connecting your own AI assistant is included on every plan, within your role and enabled features. Plus includes API and reporting access; do not buy the same access again as an add-on.
Upgrades and existing customers
New feature-plan customers can review an upgrade or additional Lite staff places in Settings → Billing. Stripe shows the amount due now before confirmation. The same subscription and billing cycle continue. Founder pricing is retained on eligible continuous subscriptions. Stripe confirmation updates feature access.
Contact support to arrange a downgrade at renewal, a billing-cycle change, or a move from a protected legacy package. We review existing records and add-ons first. There is no automatic migration.
Existing subscriptions and existing beta companies keep the packages, prices and feature access they were promised, including at first paid conversion. Older Core/Plus/Scale allowance-based packages continue for those companies; their supplements and entitlements are not replaced by the new public plans.
