Browse or download feature skills with workflows, exact MCP tools, permissions and confirmation steps for connected Door Ops agents.
Door Ops publishes a skill for each feature area, so your connected agent can load the instructions for the task it needs to complete. Each skill contains the workflow, exact available MCP tool names, permission checks and confirmation guidance.
Skills are instructions. They do not grant access to an account, company or feature. The signed-in person's Door Ops permissions and entitlements still apply, and the server retains its confirmation and tenant boundaries.
Use a skill by URL
- Connect your assistant to Door Ops using MCP and OAuth. The assistant needs an MCP connection and a way to read the skill URL.
- Start with operate-doorops. Ask the assistant to call
who-am-i-tooland confirm the company and role it has connected to. - Choose the relevant feature skill from the library, or ask the assistant to find it in the skill index.
- Give the assistant a concrete task. Let it inspect the current records, review the proposed changes and obtain the required confirmation before an edit, send or destructive action.
For example:
Connect to Door Ops, read https://doorops.com/agent-skills/index.json and load the jobs skill. Confirm my company and role, then show this week's open jobs. Ask me before changing any records.
The same workflow guidance can be read by Grok Bot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and other MCP-capable agents. Connection and URL-reading support depend on the client and its configuration; see the provider setup guides.
Install a standard skill folder
The downloadable ZIP contains named folders with a SKILL.md file in each. These use the standard skill-file structure: a name and description followed by the instructions.
Unzip the download, choose the folders for your work, and install them using your agent's documented skill-installation method. Some clients can read URLs but do not support installing skill folders. Downloading a pack does not automatically install support in every assistant or AI model.
Keep an authenticated MCP connection alongside the installed skills. A skill file cannot sign in for you or bypass Door Ops access controls.

Feature skills extend operate-doorops with instructions for particular areas of the product. Load only the relevant skills instead of adding the entire library to every conversation.
Discovery and updates
The skill index includes version and SHA-256 integrity hashes so clients can detect when instructions change. Follow the current tool schema returned by the connected MCP server if the installed instructions and live catalogue differ.
